The FOCNZ is required to make financial commitments to suppliers and vendors during the process of organising the National Meeting or other similar events. These payments made by the FOCNZ are directly attributed to the number of member registrations & payments received for the event. The following cancellation policy is necessary to ensure the club is not unduly exposed financially. Any cancellation received before the 14th of March will be eligible for a 50% refund of member payments for this event. Any cancellation received after the 14th of March will not be eligible for any refund of member payments for this event.
Pease note that any registration to an event is not binding unless the required payment has been received into the FOCNZ bank account. The refund percentage may vary from time to time and will be at the discretion of the organisers based on contractual terms with suppliers.
