In view of that we plan to hold a run on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of the month\, meeting up at 10:00 for a prompt 10:30 start\, taking a short drive to a pie shop/cafe for a brunch coffee/pie/cake.  Not healthy maybe\, but fun.
